If you’re worried about STD’s, I would hope you’re using a flavored condom right from the get-go. You can supposedly pass oral herpes to your penis and vice verse, regardless of whether you’re cumming or not. Once you’re using a condom, swallowing is no longer an issue.

If taste is an issue, one idea is to agree to let your woman know just before you’re about to cum. That way, she can ram the penis as far back into her mouth as possible before you cum.
